Stephen has lived in Santa Rosa for thirty-eight years. He comes from a facilities management background, with experience in a variety of industries. Stephen managed the Healdsburg Park and Recreational Aquatic Facilities prior to beginning his career in real estate, taking distressed programs and revitalizing them into profitable offerings for the City — and serving as a lead instructor for the American Red Cross. He began his real estate career at Keegan & Coppin Company in Santa Rosa in late 2016, specializing in industrial sales and leasing, and transitioned to W Real Estate in early 2023.
